Cancer Factsheets for Healthcare Practitioners
Community pharmacies play an important role in reaching the government’s ambitions on cancer which is set out in The National Cancer Plan to:
drive up cancer performance and meet cancer waiting times standards by 2029
improve cancer survival
improve quality of life for people being diagnosed with, treated for or living with cancer
The Plan’s central ambition is that by 2035, more people will survive cancer or live well with cancer, delivering the fastest improvement in cancer survival this century.
London Pharmacy team Collaborated with BOPA to produce a series of cancer factsheets, which can be used either as a standalone resource or as an additional resource to the BOPA Let’s communicate Cancer course.
The factsheets can be used as a learning aid when dealing with common cancer presentations and can be viewed online or downloaded individually or as a complete set.
